Q: Can I return my jewellery?

A: Yes, our customer's happiness is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied for any reason contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

The items can be returned if in the original condition. Please refer to the terms of our returns policy.

We will refund the cost of the order, return shipping is at the customer's expense. Make sure you get a tracking number to ensure against loss.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If the order has not been shipped then we can easily cancel. However if the order has already shipped we will need to process a return as described above.

Q: Where do you get your jewellery?

A: We carefully choose our product from various craftsmen that we've visited around the globe.

Q: What if something arrives broken?

A: Please contact us and we will follow up with the delivery company. All of our orders are tracked.
