Q: Can I return my jewellery?
A: Absolutely. You either love it, or you get your money back.
We know buying something online is totally different to holding it in your hands and can feel like a risk. If you are not satisfied for any reason contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If the order has not been shipped then we can easily cancel. However if the order has already shipped we will need to process a return as described above.
Q: What if something arrives broken?

Q: What if my order hasn't arrived?
A: Please contact us and we will follow up with the delivery company. All of our orders are tracked.
Q: How can I keep my jewellery looking new?
A: Try to avoid contact with perfumes, creams and lotions. Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming and washing the dishes as excessive heat and moisture can damage metal plating.
Clean plated jewellery by wiping gently with with a cotton pad or ball or a very soft cloth. Do NOT use a polishing cloth as this will strip away the plating.
